  • MEMA & DPH Excess PPE Program
March 4, 2022

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is making available, to multiple sectors, departments, and agencies, excess PPE which can be requested to create or bolster existing PPE levels at the municipal, state agency, and nonprofit levels.  In an effort to simplify and streamline requests for excess PPE that will be received, processed, please complete the  online form and submit requests for PPE through this program using the following link: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/4c16ee7148c84dc995db7c9124a82ae4.

KN-95 is one of the categories of PPE available to order on this form.  If you are interested in KN-95, you’ll be contacted prior to order fulfillment with the type and testing percentage of the KN-95 that is being proposed for your order. You will have the ability to accept or decline the type of KN-95 prior to fulfillment.  Please note, that orders are going to be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. KN-95 will be available until March 31, 2022 after which the remaining stock will be sent to the state’s surplus program. Other types of PPE will continue to be filled while we have stock available.  Please reach out to the SEOC Resource Unit (seoc.resourceunit@mass.gov) with any questions on this program.
